July 5th: Off, I just ran 50 kilometers up and down hills I deserve a day off.
July 6th: 2 softball games and and easy 8 mile jog.
This Blog is meant to track my training, mileage, racing goals, and other running related material. Also it will be a good means of accountability, so if you see that I haven't been doing much for a few days feel free to comment.
