Map My Run is a cool way track and log your workouts, I just started using it.  You create a profile and log all your workouts, you can enter various data about your workouts and log them to a calendar or journal.  You can even use a map feature to actually mapped out your run.  

The site also lets you publish your workouts for others to view.  I'm still playing around with it and haven't started consistently logging my workouts into it yet.  This could be a good alternative to use instead of simply posting my workouts.  I'll keep you posted as I find out more.
