Workout: Oct. 20th-26th

Monday: Oct. 20th Strength Training Full-Body Lift
I am now moving toward more functional strength training.

Tuesday: Oct. 21st 5 mile LT(Lactic Threshold Training)
1 mile warm up 
3 mile LT 20mins
1 mile cool down 

Wednesday: Oct 22nd Strength Training Full-Body Lift

Thursday: Off 
Excuse-Class

Friday: Oct. 24th Off
Excuse-work

Saturday: Oct 25th Off
Excuse-Laziness

Sunday: Oct. 26th Basketball
