An interesting podcast from Endurance Planet Hour, that takes a look at the benefits to your overall health of running. There has always been a stigma with running that it is bad for your knees. I am a firm believer in that, done properly, there is no risks in running throughout your life. Well, no more risks than sitting in a cube 8-10 hours a day or eating fast food.
