What I Think About When I Think About Running
What I Talk About When I Talk About Running by Haruki Murakami is a pretty good book that I just read and it definitely a memoir style of book and really give a lot of insight into the authors thoughts and feels about running, which many runners can relate to. This was not an outstanding book, but was a good read, it is not the highly inspirational book like others that I have read, but really talks about issues and experiences that more average runners experience.
I am an avid runner, leaner and love to push myself to reach new limits. I am creating this blog to help track my training, races and as a way to share my running experiences and any tips I learn along the way.
