April 3rd: 7 miles easy pace 7.7mph avg.
I felt really good today, even though it was still a bit chilly out. I cruised along at just under 8 mph.
This Blog is meant to track my training, mileage, racing goals, and other running related material. Also it will be a good means of accountability, so if you see that I haven't been doing much for a few days feel free to comment.
