June 12th: 6x800m at 5k pace 5 miles total
June 13th: Off
June 14th: 15 mile bike ride, then got a flat tire. Not cool.
June 15th: 1x 5k at marathon pace 7.25mile total
This Blog is meant to track my training, mileage, racing goals, and other running related material. Also it will be a good means of accountability, so if you see that I haven't been doing much for a few days feel free to comment.
