Workout: May 16th-17th


May 16th: Off, really trying to take it easy and fully recover for he Stillwater marathon next Sunds.

May 17th: Did a nice medium-easy pace 15 mile run.  Felt pretty good, but was a bit sore and my legs definitely felt it the last few miles, but that is to be expected only a week out from a marathon.
