May 21st: 4 x 1000m @marathon pace 6 miles total
My last speed workout before the Stillwater marathon. I know that it has been less than two week but to me it feels like about a month. Part of the reason is that I have been focusing on recovering as much as I can for this marathon and have not done any hard training at all. I think is the right thing to do, but my cardiovascular seems to not be what it used to be, which is a concern of mine. I am getting excited for the race tomorrow is packet pick-up then Sunday, bright and early 7:00am I'll be off on marathon number three for this year.
