Workout Mar. 2nd:
Today was a easy recovery day just went for 3 miles really easy on the treadmill. My legs felt pretty tried so I didn't really want to push things after the tough 13.1 I did yesterday.
This Blog is meant to track my training, mileage, racing goals, and other running related material. Also it will be a good means of accountability, so if you see that I haven't been doing much for a few days feel free to comment.
